Apple Watch Series 9
Works with a workaroundWhy
This device measures your heart rate but can't share it live over Bluetooth on its own. A third-party app can bridge the gap, though it can be a little temperamental.
What to do
Use a free bridge app such as HeartCast (or BlueHeart, about £9) to relay your heart rate via your iPhone — or pair any Bluetooth heart-rate sensor directly with SENOS.
Show me how
- Install a free bridge app such as HeartCast on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Start the broadcast on the watch app and keep your iPhone nearby.
- In SENOS, choose 'Connect heart rate' and select 'HeartCast' (or your phone's name).
For a plug-and-play connection: Polar H10 chest strap (about £77) or COROS arm band (about £69).
SENOS is currently developing a dedicated Apple Watch app. Once released, Apple Watch users will be able to connect directly without needing an external heart-rate sensor.
