SENOS takes privacy, data protection, and user trust seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the legal bases we rely on, how data may be shared, stored, and protected, and the rights users have under applicable privacy and data protection laws.

SENOS is operated globally and may be accessed from multiple jurisdictions. We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable consumer and privacy laws in relevant jurisdictions where SENOS operates. We do not sell personal data, including identifiable health or workout data.

1. Who we are

SENOS(“SENOS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Effort Economy Ltd. Effort Economy Ltd is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through senosapp.com, the SENOS mobile application, and related SENOS services and platforms.

2. Eligibility & children's privacy

SENOS is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16 years old. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child below the permitted age threshold, we may delete the information and suspend associated accounts. Additional parental consent requirements may apply in certain jurisdictions.

This information is processed solely to provide SENOS functionality, including activity tracking, rewards systems, platform engagement, fraud prevention and user experience features. Where required under applicable law, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR Article 9, we rely on explicit consent and apply additional safeguards to health-related data processing. Health-related data obtained from Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect or similar platforms is used solely to provide SENOS functionality and is not used for advertising profiling or sold to third parties.

Analytics & usage data

We collect anonymised or aggregated interaction data including page views, feature usage, app interactions, navigation behaviour and performance metrics. This data helps improve reliability, performance, user experience, and product development. We do not sell behavioural advertising data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers for cross-platform behavioural advertising purposes.

We may use and share aggregated and anonymised workout, activity and platform-level insights for analytics, operational reporting, business intelligence, platform improvement, commercial discussions, partner reporting, marketing and business development purposes. This information does not identify individual users and cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual user.

We do not sell personal data. We do not sell identifiable health or workout data. We do not share identifiable workout or health data with brand partners unless we have the user's explicit consent or are legally required to do so.

5. Legal basis for processing

Depending on the jurisdiction and processing activity, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. Legitimate interests may include maintaining platform security, fraud prevention, product development, operational analytics and service reliability. Where required for health-related processing, we rely on explicit consent and additional safeguards under applicable privacy laws. Users may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis relied upon.

6. Sharing of information

We may share limited personal data with trusted service providers involved in operating SENOS, including providers relating to cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, infrastructure, customer support, communications and email delivery, wearable integrations, and payment processing (if applicable). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual and confidentiality obligations, including data processing agreements where required.

We may also disclose information:

  • where legally required
  • to enforce our Terms
  • to detect fraud or abuse
  • to protect rights, users, systems, or platform security
  • during mergers, acquisitions, restructures, or investment transactions

We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Because SENOS operates globally, personal data may be processed or stored in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other jurisdictions where trusted providers operate. Where international transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security purposes, and accounting and audit requirements. Account and workout data is generally retained while an account remains active. Following account deletion requests, personal data will typically be deleted or anonymised within 30 days unless retention is legally required. Certain backup, logging, fraud prevention, or compliance records may be retained for longer where necessary.

9. User rights

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to:

  • access personal data

  • request deletion
  • restrict processing
  • object to processing
  • withdraw consent
  • request portability of certain data

Users may also have the right to lodge complaints with relevant supervisory authorities. UK users may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Requests can be submitted to hello@senosapp.com. Users may also manage certain information directly within the platform where functionality is available.

10. Cookies & similar technologies

SENOS uses limited cookies and similar technologies to maintain platform functionality, keep accounts secure, manage authentication sessions, remember preferences, and understand platform performance and usage. We do not use third-party behavioural advertising cookies. Certain third-party integrations may use their own technologies subject to their own policies. 11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including encryption, secure authentication, access controls, monitoring systems, infrastructure protections, and role-based access restrictions. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel and approved service providers with legitimate operational requirements. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Third-party platforms & integrations

SENOS may integrate with third-party platforms, wearable providers, payment providers, and external services. Use of third-party services may also be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, products, services, or policies outside our control.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Where changes are material, we may notify users through email, in-app notifications, platform notices, and website updates. Continued use of SENOS following updates may constitute acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
