Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SENOS platform, including the website, mobile application, rewards systems, wearable integrations, social and community features, challenges, referrals, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing or using SENOS, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the SENOS Privacy Policy. SENOS is operated by Effort Economy Ltd. Company Number: 17244109. Registered Office: Sportsman Farm, St. Michaels, Tenterden, England, TN30 6SY. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SENOS. By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • you meet the minimum age requirement
  • information provided is accurate
  • you are legally permitted to use the platform
  • your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these requirements.

2. Accounts & platform use

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining account security
  • safeguarding login credentials
  • activities conducted through your account

You agree not to:

  • share accounts
  • impersonate others
  • create fake or duplicate accounts
  • manipulate workouts or rewards
  • interfere with platform systems
  • scrape, reverse engineer, or automate unauthorised access
  • misuse referrals or challenges
  • engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or sanctioned activity

We may investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, cheating, manipulation, or security risks.

3. Health, activity & assumption of risk disclaimer

SENOS is a technology and rewards platform. SENOS is not a healthcare provider, medical service, fitness coaching provider, personal training service or diagnostic service.

Exercise, training and physical activity involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, disability and, in rare circumstances, death. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in any activity tracked, rewarded, promoted or facilitated through SENOS.

By using SENOS and participating in physical activity, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise, training and physical exertion. Users should consult an appropriately qualified medical professional before beginning exercise programmes, particularly where underlying health conditions may exist.

SENOS does not guarantee health outcomes, fitness results, medical benefits or performance improvements. Participation in physical activity and use of SENOSis entirely at the user's own risk.

4. Wearables & third-party integrations

SENOS may integrate with third-party wearable devices and external services. We rely on data supplied by these providers and do not guarantee device accuracy, uninterrupted integrations, continuous service availability, workout tracking accuracy, or data synchronisation accuracy.

SENOS relies on information provided by third-party wearable devices and services and is not responsible for inaccuracies, interruptions, delays, missing data or errors originating from third-party devices, platforms or integrations. Platform calculations, activity metrics, rewards, leaderboards and Credit balances may change due to recalculations, fraud prevention, system updates, technical issues, and integrity reviews.

5. Credits & rewards

Credits (“Ƨ Credits”) are virtual platform rewards used within SENOS. Credits are provided solely for participation within the SENOS ecosystem and do not represent ownership, investment rights, securities, stored value or any entitlement to cash or financial return.

Credits:

  • are not legal tender
  • are not cryptocurrency
  • are not financial instruments
  • are not stored value products
  • have no cash value
  • cannot be exchanged for money
  • are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by SENOS

Rewards systems, earning mechanics, redemption options, offers, referrals and challenges may change, pause or end at any time. SENOS may adjust, reverse or remove Credit balances where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, technical corrections, security incidents, and platform integrity.

Third-party rewards, offers and promotions remain subject to availability, stock levels, eligibility requirements, regional restrictions, and third-party terms. SENOS does not guarantee the availability, validity, accuracy or continued availability of any third-party reward, offer or promotion. SENOS is not responsible for third-party fulfilment, products, shipping, customer support or partner services.

6. Community features & conduct

SENOS may include social features, leaderboards, challenges, referrals, and community tools. Users must not:

  • harass others
  • upload unlawful or offensive material
  • cheat or manipulate systems
  • abuse referrals
  • interfere with platform integrity

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict functionality where necessary.

7. Referrals

Referral rewards may be offered periodically. Referral eligibility is determined solely by SENOS. SENOS reserves the right to investigate referral activity where abuse or manipulation is reasonably suspected, including duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, and artificial engagement.

Referral programmes, offers, discounts, rewards and promotions may be modified, paused, withdrawn, discontinued or replaced at any time without notice where reasonably necessary. SENOS reserves the right to investigate referral activity and withhold, reverse or cancel referral rewards where abuse, manipulation or fraudulent behaviour is reasonably suspected.

8. Intellectual property

All SENOS branding, systems, content, graphics, software, designs, trademarks, and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Effort Economy Ltd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit commercially, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

SENOS may investigate activity that appears fraudulent, automated, manipulated or inconsistent with genuine participation. Where reasonably necessary, SENOS may suspend accounts, remove rewards, adjust Credit balances or restrict platform access to protect platform integrity.

9. Beta features

Certain features may be released in beta, testing, preview, or experimental form. These features may:

  • contain bugs or interruptions
  • change functionality
  • be modified or removed without notice
  • operate with limited support

Use of beta functionality is at the user's discretion. Beta features may affect reward calculations, challenge outcomes, activity tracking and Credit balances while testing, validation and optimisation is ongoing.

10. Availability & platform changes

We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • update or remove functionality
  • modify platform mechanics
  • pause services
  • conduct maintenance
  • change rewards systems
  • discontinue features

without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENOSis provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • the platform will always be available
  • services will be uninterrupted
  • systems will be error-free
  • integrations will function continuously
  • data will always be accurate or complete

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENOS and Effort Economy Ltd are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses
  • loss of profits or revenue
  • business interruption
  • data loss
  • wearable inaccuracies
  • platform downtime
  • third-party services
  • partner products
  • exercise-related injuries (to the extent legally permitted)

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Users acknowledge that SENOS is a rewards and technology platform and that all participation in physical activity is undertaken voluntarily and entirely at the user's own risk.

13. Privacy

Use of SENOS is also governed by the SENOS Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users acknowledge that workout, wearable, device, and usage data may be processed to operate SENOS functionality.

14. Suspension & termination

Users may stop using SENOS and request account deletion at any time. Account deletion requests may be submitted through available platform settings or by contacting hello@senosapp.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts where:

  • these Terms are breached
  • fraud or abuse is suspected
  • security risks arise
  • required by law
  • necessary to protect platform integrity

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated through email, website notices, platform notifications, and in-app messaging. Continued use of SENOS following updates may constitute acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
