How does the SENOS zone system work?
SENOSuses our own formula — the most validated heart rate model in sports science — to calculate your personal maximum heart rate. Your zones are unique to you. A 50-year-old working at their limit earns just as much as a 25-year-old at theirs. Effort is the only currency that counts.
