How SENOS works

SENOStracks your heart rate during workouts and awards Credits based on effort intensity. Three zones — light (1 Credit/min), moderate (3 Credits/min), and high intensity (4 Credits/min) — are calculated from your personal max heart rate. Credits are redeemable for rewards from global brands.

How does the SENOS zone system work?

SENOSuses our own formula — the most validated heart rate model in sports science — to calculate your personal maximum heart rate. Your zones are unique to you. A 50-year-old working at their limit earns just as much as a 25-year-old at theirs. Effort is the only currency that counts.
