Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 / 5 Pro
Works with a workaroundWhy
This device measures your heart rate but can't share it live over Bluetooth on its own. A third-party app can bridge the gap, though it can be a little temperamental.
What to do
Install a broadcast app on the watch, such as 'Heart for Bluetooth' or 'HR2VP' (around £5–£9). They work for many people but can be fiddly — a Bluetooth heart-rate sensor is the more reliable route.

- Install a broadcast app on the watch, such as 'Heart for Bluetooth' or 'HR2VP' (around £5–£9).
- Turn on continuous heart rate in Samsung Health and allow the app to run in the background.
- Start the broadcast, then in SENOS choose 'Connect heart rate' and select your watch.
For a plug-and-play connection: Polar H10 chest strap (about £77) or COROS arm band (about £69).
