Why

This device can measure your heart rate for itself, but it can't share that live heart-rate data over Bluetooth with SENOS. This is a limit set by the manufacturer — it isn't something SENOS can change.

What to do

Older Suunto models can't broadcast — pair a Bluetooth heart-rate sensor directly with SENOS instead.

Show me how
  1. Put on your heart-rate sensor.
  2. In SENOS, choose 'Connect heart rate' and select the sensor.
  3. Your watch or band carries on recording as normal.

Polar H10 chest strap (about £77, best), Coospo H808S (about £30, budget) or COROS arm band (about £69, most comfortable).

Whatever you wear, you can always use SENOS with a Bluetooth heart-rate sensor — and most modern sensors can connect to SENOS and your watch at the same time.
